If you are asking about an account, membership, returned letter, or delivery issue, include the email connected to your account and a short description of what happened.
For Privacy Questions
Use the same email for privacy requests, data questions, or account deletion requests. Put “Privacy” in the subject line so the note reaches the right desk.
Some notes need a reply. Some only need to be received.
